David Carpenter, Junction City
Its not often a coach appears on the Hot List, but Coach Carpenter won 150th career game in a 45-0 victory over Dierks on Friday.
Chris McFadden, Ashdown
Ashdown quarterback Chris McFadden was 15-of-20 passing for 205 yards in three touchdowns in his team's 42-13 playoff win on Friday. He also had 98 yards rushing on the night.
Blake Veasley, Cross County
Cross County running back, Blake Veasley, ran for 355 yards and five touchdowns to lead his team to a 57-36 first-round playoff victory over Conway Christian.

Neal Burcham, Greenbrier
Greenbrier quarterback Neal Burcham tossed for 350 yards and five touchdowns in the Panthers 42-35 victory over Little Rock Mills.
Spencer Harris, Greenwood
Greenwood wide out Spencer Harris caught seven passes for 136 yards and two touchdowns in Greenwood's 48-13 victory over Sylvan Hills. He also intercepted two passes on defense.
Julius Jones, Fort Smith Southside
Sophomore running back Julius Jones rushed for a career-high 179 yards and three touchdowns in Southside's 35-24 victory over Bryant.
Baseball
Danny Aday, Arkansas Baptist

Danny Aday signs with Ouachita Baptist.
Danny Aday recently signed a letter of intent to continue his baseball career a Ouachita Baptist. He hit .446 as a sophomore, .397 as a junior and stole 29 bases last season. Danny has been honored in academics, athletics and Christian service at ABHS and has a gpa of 3.85. He has also played football and basketball at Arkansas Baptist. He will graduate in May, 2010. Danny was recruited as a middle infielder for the Tigers and plans to study in the Hickingbotham School of Business at OBU.
Basketball
Tyler Sergent, Gosnell
Tyler Sergent scored 66 points in two games to lead Gosnell to a 1-1 record last week. Sergent poured in 32 over Brookland early in the week and then added 34 in a loss to Nettleton later in the week.
Heath Hawkins, Buffalo Island Central
Heath Hawkins drained five 3-pointers on his way to 19 points, but it wasn't enough to lead the Mustangs to a victory over Yellville-Summit.
Meagan Goza, Riverside
Meagan Goza scored 70 points in two games to lead Riverside to back-to-back victories in girls' basketball last week. She scored 42 in a victory over Gosnell and added 28 in a win over Crowley's Ridge Academy.
Cross Country
Valerie Reina, Har-Ber
Springdale Har-Ber sophomore Valerie Reina led wire-to-wire in Saturday's Arkansas vs. Oklahoma High School Challenge 5K race. She finished the race in 19:13.99 and helped lead the Arkansas team to a 160-131 victory over Oklahoma.
