The Bulldogs take the tenth spot with an impressive 49-0 win over Natchez, who beat the Oak Grove Warriors last week.

Notes: There is no question who is the top team in 5A football. The undefeated Mustangs added another win on Thursday night 38-13 over Forest Hill. Hernando moves from No. 8 to No. 3 this week as they improve to 7-1 on their season with a 7-6 win over Clarksdale. Moss Point had another impressive win Friday night as they shutout the newly added West Harrison team 37-0. Pearl lost a heart-breaker to Ridgeland 35-28 to fall out of the rankings for the first time this season.

The Indians rolled over New Albany 34-7 Thursday night.

On the season, the Panthers have outscored their opponents 363-64. Dandy Dozen running back Nick Griffin and the Bulldogs of Perry Central racked up 54 points in their win over West Marion Friday night. Forest falls to No. 8 this week as they receive their first loss (21-19) of the season against Jackson Prep.

With the loss the Lions fall to the No. 5 spot. With the Shaw and Biggersville losses, French Camp and West Oktibbeha move into our rankings this week.
